“The award recognizes the best scorecard in reproductive, maternal, neonatal, child and adolescent healthcare,” the President remarked in his acceptance speech.

Ruto further extended his gratitude to the president of Guinea Bissau Umaro Mokhtar Sissoco Embaló the chair of ALMA.

“Sissoco has shown a steadfast commitment to excellence, efficiency and integrity in governance and to discipline and orderly service delivery to development,” he remarked.

Ruto further vowed devotion to urgency when pursuing positive change when it came to healthcare in the country.
