“Now that there has been a change of guard, our patron is none other than President Ruto and we are very privileged and honoured to have a very fatherly patron,” Prof. Kaimenyi revealed.

“I have had the opportunity of working with him very closely. I know him as a man who is very concerned about the welfare and the success of our youth,” he added.

Deputy Chief Commissioner, Alice Kinungi, lobbied President Ruto and relevant stakeholders to support the aforementioned moot camp slated for April 2023.

“We will be hosting around 3,000 international guests and our own scouts so we are expecting around 5,000 scouts at the event,” she stated.
