  • Vehicle owners in the country are required by law to apply for approval from the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) before initiating the process of changing a car’s colour.

The requirement was specifically set by the government to curb cases of fraud, theft and even traffic offences.

All vehicle modifications are captured in both logbooks and auction sheets too.

In the logbooks, car owners are allowed to record full details of their automobiles which are approved after NTSA inspection.
