Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko on Sunday, October 6 surprised locals with a dream that robbed him of a good night’s sleep.
The governor took to his social media at 1:27 am where he posted a prayer to the almighty to make his presidential dream come true.
“Dear Lord, this Sunday, at 1:27 am, I have had insomnia after I dreamed that I was the president.
Sonko went ahead to give details of the dream in which he saw a pass out parade pay their respects to him as president a few years after Uhuru Kenyatta’s term
He also gave an instance of Ukraine where God appointed a comedian as president, insinuating that through God anything was possible.
In his prayer, the county boss promised to serve continue Kenyans as will be required of him when God fulfilled his dream.
“Father as I am on my knees with both hands raised towards you, promise to continually serve and change the lives of Kenyans, just as Uhuru has done,” he requested.
“Jehovah through you everything is possible. If you say yes nobody can say no in Jesus’ name I pray,” he concluded.
The governor also posted a video of a police and army band parade paying their respects to Governor Sonko. In the video, the commander of the parade approached Sonko seeking permission to march off the bond to which he agreed.
