Panic at EACC as Twalib Mbarak sacks Whistler-blower police officer over 1.5billion Integrity house scandal
The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission has now sacked a police officer based at the Commission for exposing the exaggerated sale of Integrity House at an exaggerated price of Sh1.5 billion.
EACC has now gone rogue by victimizing through firing an alleged whistle blower who secretly exposed the notorious Commission by photocopying sensitive files of illegal sale of the Integrity House and handed over the documents to Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko.
The Commission has issued a termination letter to Mrs Elizabeth Amachar in a letter signed by EACC CEO Twalib Mbarak. The Commission has terminated her contract without reasons and handed her back to the National Police Service where she was seconded from.
Sonko has claimed that the director of investigations at the anti-graft agency and other public officers were behind the fraudulent sale of Integrity Centre.
In documents filed in court, Sonko says Abdi Mohamud together with his associates at the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission orchestrated the sale of the building at an exaggerated price of Sh1.5 billion to benefit from proceeds.
Through lawyer Cecil Miller, he says Abdi, going by the position he holds at the EACC, has the ability to abuse his office and influence the outcome of investigations by intimidating investigators under him.
Sonko says Abdi has been involved in numerous corrupt transactions. He said he has protested against the transactions and, as a result, Abdi resorted to settling scores by initiating numerous investigations against him.
Sonko has been summoned four times in a span of three months this year by the commission and Abdi regarding malicious allegations against him.

Meanwhile EACC is currently harrasing the staff and management of Heron Court hotel to delete the CCTV footage that captured their director of investigations Mr Abdi receiving cash in bags from former Nairobi Assembly Majority Leader Abdi Guyo. The Spring Valley MCA also bribed a section of Nairobi MPs to do a press conference against Sonko at a fee.
Sonko has accused the EACC Director of unreasonable, numerous and malicious investigations due to his uncompromising stand in stopping the grabbing or fraudulent transfer of public properties in Nairobi to private individuals in which Abdi and his associates are beneficiaries.
The properties cited include land on Mugoya Estate along Muhoho Road and the fraudulent transfer of Integrity Centre where the EACC is based.
Regarding the illegal sale of the Mugoya Land, Sonko was the driving force towards having the same reported to the EACC in 2014 and when he noted that four years had gone by without the commission commencing the investigations, he ensured residents followed up the matter and kept the pressure on the commission.
The land, according to the court documents, was earmarked for ECDE Centre/Playground for children on Mugoya Estate.

Why CS Matiangi should crash DP Ruto ‘evil’ political network, eliminate corruption and tribalism
The events of the past one week got me thinking of the circumstances we were in a year ago. When I say we, I mean NASA.
There was a time Matiangi was unleashed on us, he sent the police to our houses and places of rest to beat us up. He sent police to teargas us and crush our skulls. The crowning moment of Matiangi campaign of terror was the murder of baby Pendo.
When all these was happening, Ruto called us militia, Murkomen said we were getting what we deserved, Sudi said it was just the beginning and the president congratulated Matiangi for a job well done.
Two years later and the bulldog by the name Matiangi has been unleashed again, this time, he is biting his former compatriots, the ones who called us militia are now demanding for respect and lamenting over mistreatment and frustration.
This is what I have to tell the former “nyama eaters” turned cry babies.
You have not seen half of the things we saw, you have not experienced any of the things we experienced, I say brace yourselves for a very rough ride.
You haven’t been shot at, your children haven’t been murdered in cold blood, your campaign convoy hasn’t been sprayed with hot toxic water, your presidential candidate car hasn’t been fired on and your venue for a rally hasn’t been filled with sewage.
The beast you fed, the dragon whose claws you sharpened, the demon you summoned and force you gave lethal weapons to destroy others is now on your case.
Finally, as you prepare for Matiang’i to take up your case and handle it to the bitter end, let this be a lesson to you, let it remind you never to do to others what you wouldn’t withstand yourself.

MY STATEMENT ON MY ARREST & BEING ARRAIGNED BEFORE MILIMANI LAW COURTS TODAY 3/12/2019 :
Today’s events are a continuation of the primitive method of political suppression by those with access to state machinery against those perceived to be anti establishment.
The executors of this backward strategy have become so predictable to the extent of resuscitating a case written off by detectives themselves 4 months ago ,hardly 48 hours after we called them out for engaging in arrogant politics at the expense of serving the public.
On Saturday without ambiguity I stated that Interior CS Fred Matiangi stands no chance of being elected even a cattle dip chairperson in Nyamira County and therefore has no locus to look at the Deputy President in the eye, leave alone mentioning his name sheepishly.
Instead of countering that statement by quitting and seeking election at the nearest cattle dip, the self proclaimed technocrat confronts me at the entrance of Intercontinental Hotel Nairobi yesterday afternoon and promised me to wait for results within 24 hours.
True to his words , a well mooted plan was hatched to arrest and arraign me at 4 p.m with the intention that I spend the night at the cells as is the trend.
Lucky enough , we have a sobre and impartial judiciary which I swear to defend for as long as I live and for as long as I am the chair Justice & Legal affairs in the Senate.
The evil plans were thwarted and I have been released on reasonable bond terms .
Dear compatriots, between us and being crashed is God and judiciary.Anybody against the two is an enemy of the people.
To peace loving Kenyans I am one of you and will never engage in what the Harambee house prefects wants you to believe.
I am a champion of cohesion and will use my portfolio to advance and entrench the same.
