Kenya’s capital joined the rest of the world over the weekend in celebrating the annual Moët & Chandon Grand Day.
Luxury Champagne House Moët & Chandon held its annual Moët & Chandon Grand Day, a day of champagne celebrations around the globe, where for 24 hours, friends and guests of the Champagne House came together to raise their champagne glasses in a worldwide toast to the memorable moments that bring joy to their lives.

This year, Moët & Chandon renamed the annual “Moët Party Day” rendez-vous that debuted in 2016, continuing its festive tradition with an even more glittering lineup of extraordinary events for Moët & Chandon Grand Day in over 80 countries that brought together over a million people from Hong Kong to Nairobi and Geneva to Montreal.
“The name Moët & Chandon is synonymous today with celebration because for 275 years, we have combined our ‘savoir-faire’ (know-how) with our own art of the fête to perfect a unique ‘savoir-fête’ that has made our champagnes a great choice for toasting both intimate moments and important milestones,” says Nathalie Normand, Moët & Chandon International Marketing and Communications Director.

From day to evening and well into the night, Moët & Chandon raised a bubbling toast at each of the worldwide celebrations with its full range of delectable champagnes.

In Nairobi, the Moët & Chandon Grand Day celebrations were held at different locations starting with day-time celebrations at Villa Rosa Kempinski.

For those who wanted to dance the night away, Moët & Chandon Grand Day brought its own special touch to the club scene as party-goers hit the dance floor celebrating with oversized and luminous bottles of Moët & Chandon Impérial.
Guests were also invited to celebrate their own special milestone with a glass of the alluring signature Moët & Chandon Impérial, raise a flute of the radiant Rosé Impérial to an intimate, romantic moment, or toast a glorious summer with a glass of refreshing Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial.
