According to Babu, Raila will take the top seat as the President, Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka becomes Deputy President while President Uhuru Kenyatta takes the Prime Minister role.
KANU chairman Gideon Moi and ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi take the first and second Deputy Prime Minister positions respectively.
Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho becomes the Speaker of the National Assembly while his Kilifi counterpart Amason Kingi takes up the role of the Speaker of the Senate.
Babu Owino acknowledged that he would retain his Embakasi East parliamentary seat which will allow him to seek a Cabinet Secretary position.
The BBI constitutional amendments allow MPs to be appointed as Cabinet Secretaries.
In Babu’s dream plan, Deputy President William Ruto and his United Democratic Alliance (UDA) brigade would form the opposition.
The outspoken MP dispelled coalition rumours between Ruto and Raila. The rumours ensued after a recent meeting between Ruto and ODM deputy party leader Wycliffe Oparanya who noted that the DP sought an alliance between UDA and ODM.
According to a section of politicians, the perceived alliance would create a rift between Raila and Uhuru who have both fronted the BBI process as a result of the 2018 handshake agreement. However, both leaders have remained tight-lipped on the alleged divisions.
The ODM leader and his NASA counterparts have also been on a rocky path in the recent past. His NASA colleagues have since formed the One Kenya Alliance comprising of Mudavadi, Wetangula, Kalonzo and Gideon Moi.
The NASA principals accused the former prime minister of not repaying a political debt by endorsing one of them for the Presidential seat come 2022.
Raila disputed the claims and ruled out supporting any of his NASA counterparts for the top seat.
